2 hour Workshop
This Workshop busts age-old myths about creativity and challenges traditional thinking about creativity in the context of business. It introduces participants to the concept of serious creativity and provides participants with a practical lateral thinking tool that they can take-away for generating of new ideas, even when they don’t feel creative.

2 hour Workshop
This Workshop focuses on the power of concepts and why concept development is so important for sustainable innovation in 21st Century organisations. It explores de Bono’s Concept R&D Framework for organisational innovation and provides participants with a practical lateral thinking process for generating new ideas, through the use of concepts.
WHY IS IT SO COMPLEX AROUND HERE?
2 hour Workshop
This Workshop is an introduction to the new 21st Century concepts emerging from complexity science and the complexity reality that human organisations are complex adaptive systems. Participants learn to distinguish between ‘complicated’ and ‘complex’; ‘chaos’ and ‘chaotic’; what ‘edge of chaos’ means and what happens, and why it’s important to know what happens, when a butterfly flaps its wings in Hawaii.
Participants work through a Checklist of new approaches for managing people within human organisations as complex adaptive systems, that they can take with them to share with other people in their workplace.
